Scientific background

Starting 2017: Research assistant at the Paul Drude Institute (PDI) for solid-state electronics in Berlin. Responsible for the Analytical Scanning Electron Microscopy: Cathodoluminescence (CL), Electron Beam Induced Current (EBIC), Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD), as well as Energy and Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX/WDX).

PostDoc am Institut Nanosciences et Cryogénie in Grenoble in der Gruppe von Eva Monroy 2015/2016.

PhD in physics from Humboldt Universität zu Berlin 2013. Thesis on Luminescence of group-III-V nanowires containing heterostructures.
